SHS Dichtungen GmbH was founded in 1990 in Niederwinkling and develops and produces custom sealing solutions for industries with high sealing requirements. The product portfolio includes molded parts, O-rings, flat gaskets, extruded sealing solutions as well as PTFE parts made from elastomers, PTFE and silicone. Production takes place at the headquarters in Niederwinkling and at the production facility SHS Italia S.r.l. in Capriolo, Italy, which went into operation in 2021, with all-electric injection molding machines in cold-runner technology, automatic inspection systems and an Industry 4.0 environment. In addition, the company offers surface treatments such as low-friction coating (Lubricant Coating), Molykote, silicone coating and colored marking, as well as application consulting, design/engineering and project support. With around 100 employees at both locations and revenue of over €35 million, SHS supplies its customers worldwide via framework agreements, Kanban logistics and an automated storage system.
