SI Electronics GmbH, headquartered in Mannheim, is an independent distributor of electronic components with core services in procurement (Agile Sourcing), fulfillment and logistics, and component testing. The company secures the supply of semiconductors and passive components and supports customers with BOM Evaluation, Excess Solutions, Obsolescence Management and Bottleneck Management. In its own certified test laboratory, SI TechLAB, components are tested for authenticity, and quality inspections as well as failure and damage analyses are performed. Through a global network of purchasing offices and distributed warehouse capacities, SI Electronics serves customers in the automation, automotive, aerospace, medical technology, defense, IoT and solar industries. The site network includes the hubs in Mannheim (Global HQ), Miami (Americas HQ) and Singapore (APAC HQ) as well as additional offices in Europe, America and Asia.

In the SI TechLAB, all procured components – and, on request, externally sourced ones as well – are tested for authenticity; the laboratory also offers quality inspections as well as failure and damage analyses. The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 9120 and is ESD-safe.
