SI Group Germany (DEAB) GmbH was founded in 1946 as Chemische Werke LOWI and today produces additives such as antioxidants and light stabilizers at its Waldkraiburg site for the plastics, rubber and adhesives industries. Core technologies include the alkylation of phenols and cresols, transesterification, and the chloromethylation of aromatics. Further areas of focus are the production of emulsions and dispersions.
