Founded by Walter Siblik in a sublet room at Weyrgasse 6, Vienna 3, as a trade agency for electrical appliances, fire extinguishers and window blackout devices.
- 1945
Rebuilding of the company destroyed in the war; trade agency together with his brother Ing. Roland Siblik.

Werner Siblik receives his doctorate at the Vienna University of World Trade (Hochschule für Welthandel), becoming a Doctor of Commercial Science.
