About Sicken Drehtechnik
Sicken Drehtechnik is a family-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of precision turned parts from the Ahr valley. The company produces simple and highly complex CNC fixed-head turned parts up to 40 mm bar diameter (160 mm in the chuck) as well as CNC sliding-head turned parts up to 32 mm bar diameter and a maximum length of 800 mm as complete machining. In addition, small assemblies are manufactured, and prototypes, individual parts and custom components are produced by 3D printing (SLA and FDM processes), among other things to prepare for subsequent CNC series production. Surface treatments are arranged and coordinated through long-standing partner companies. Customers come from mechanical and plant engineering, control, regulation and drive technology, the DIY industry and the optical industry. Delivery is made with the company's own vehicle within a radius of 150 km, and one third of the machine park is operated with renewable energy.
