About Sieder GmbH
Sieder GmbH, based in Plaue (Thuringia), develops and produces construction chemistry products for interior renovation and design of walls, floors and ceilings. Under the SYCOFIX umbrella brand, the range includes wallpaper pastes, adhesives, fillers and leveling compounds, primers, anti-mould products, putties and sealants, strippers and cleaning agents, as well as ecological products such as lime paint, clay paint and potassium water glass; the Sophia brand covers colour concentrates, effect paints, glazes and decorative filler renders. Production and filling take place at the company's own plant in Plaue, which features a modern filling system (2000) and a high-bay warehouse (2003). Product development is carried out in cooperation with the Bauhaus University Weimar. Customers include the painting trade, specialist retailers and builders' merchants; Germany, Austria and Switzerland are supplied. Since 2002 the company has operated as a GmbH and is led by Mike Wiegand as managing partner.

Wallpaper pastes (liquid and powder form)
Pastes based on cellulose waste paper and cellulose for all types of wallpaper, including paste for wallpapering machines.
Glues and adhesives
Wood glue D3, power adhesives, mounting adhesives, styrofoam adhesives and floor covering adhesives for wood, stone, tiles, glass, PVC and textile coverings.
Fillers and leveling compounds
Gypsum- and cement-based fillers, bonding plaster, quick-setting cement and floor leveling compounds for walls, ceilings and floors.
Paints, glazes and effect paints
Colour concentrates, metallic effect paints, wall glazes, anti-mould paints as well as ecological products such as lime paint, clay paint and potassium water glass.
Silicone and acrylic
Sealing and filling compounds for joints on walls, ceilings and facades, among others with long-term protection against mould.
Stripping and cleaning agents
