About SieMatic
SieMatic is a German kitchen furniture manufacturer based in Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia), founded in 1929 as August Siekmann Möbelwerke. At the headquarters plant, on a site of more than 70,000 m², kitchen furniture, worktops, interior fitting systems such as MultiMatic as well as accessories are manufactured and assembled. The company processes wood-fiber boards (MDF), woods such as Japanese Sen ash, steel, glass and lacquered surfaces; wood chips and dust generated during production are used as fuel to heat the plant. The products are distributed via dealers as well as own stores, among others in Amsterdam, New York and Beijing, to more than 60 countries worldwide. In addition to the specialized retail trade, SieMatic is active in the contract business, for example with kitchens in the Ritz-Carlton Residences Chicago or in the VIP boxes of Arminia Bielefeld. Since August 2020, the company has been wholly owned by the Chinese Nison Group; the Managing Director/CEO since 2024 is Olaf Hoppe.
