About us
SIFA Metallkomponenten GmbH is a medium-sized family company based in Sulzbach-Rosenberg (Bavaria), founded in 2005. Originally emerging from metal processing for the furniture industry, the company today manufactures metal components, assemblies and polyurethane integral foam parts as well as chair and furniture components as standard products. The manufacturing range includes sawing of bar stock up to 100 mm diameter, welding (circumferential, longitudinal, spot and stud welding), stamping and bending on eccentric and hydraulic presses, powder coating with iron phosphating, and polyurethane foaming on synthetic resin and aluminium moulds. In addition, 3D-assisted design, assembly manufacturing and customised packaging solutions are offered. Led by Heinrich Biebl together with his sons Florian and Michael, the company provides apprenticeships in technical and commercial fields every year. In addition to the furniture industry, SIFA also serves numerous other sectors, from one-off productions to large-scale projects.
