About SIGIT

The SIGIT Group, headquartered in Turin (Torino), has been manufacturing technical rubber and plastic components for the automotive industry since 1966. The company supplies manufacturers of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and Tier 1 suppliers, mainly in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Its core competencies lie in technical rubber injection and thermoplastic injection moulding, complemented by product design, development and prototype manufacturing. Around 60 percent of revenue is generated by the Automotive division; further customers come from the household appliance industry, including manufacturers such as Candy, Electrolux and Whirlpool. Automotive customers include, among others, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, Audi, Renault, Seat and Škoda. The group is represented at more than 19 sites worldwide; the European sites are located within a maximum of 1,200 kilometres of European customers, enabling transport times of less than 24 hours. Since 2015, SIGIT has been part of the Sigit Oman Automotive Group (SOAG). The company positions itself, under the slogan Factory 4.0, as a development partner close to production.
