SIGNAL Sound & Light Distribution GmbH was founded in 2007 by Matthias Reinthaler as a wholesale company and is one of the leading providers of lighting and sound technology in Austria. Based in Knittelfeld (Styria), the company distributes products from international event technology manufacturers such as L-Acoustics, Robe, Avolites, Anolis, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, SHURE, DPA, Q-SYS, Spottune, Spotlight, Luminex, SRS and Vicoustic. The 19-person team supports customers beyond pure distribution with customer support, service, repairs and spare parts as well as training such as the SHURE Expert Days and L-Acoustics trainings. Customers include event technology service providers, system integrators, consultants and venues throughout Austria, including the Vienna State Opera, the Festspielhaus St. Pölten, the Seefestspiele Mörbisch and the Oper im Steinbruch St. Margarethen.
