The silver flex Wilhelmi GmbH, founded in 1972, is a family-run manufacturer of rubber-metal bonds and rubber moulded parts based in Buchholz (Westerwald)/Mendt. The product range includes machine feet, rubber-metal buffers, stainless steel and silicone buffers, impact buffers, low-frequency mounts, special ring buffers, heavy-duty mounts as well as rubber-metal rails and custom/drawing parts such as couplings, seals and wipers. The elastomer parts made from various rubber and silicone grades are firmly bonded in the company's own CNC machine park with metal or stainless steel components to form maintenance-free composite elements. Custom parts are developed according to customer requirements, with CAD design (DXF, IGES, Step) and toolmaking carried out entirely in-house. Customers come from mechanical and vehicle engineering, the automotive industry, healthcare, apparatus engineering, measuring instruments and engine manufacturing as well as vibration technology in general. A warehouse stocking more than 1,000 varieties of standard and special elements ensures the shortest delivery times; products are shipped all over the world.
