Silverson Machines specializes in the manufacture of high-shear mixers (rotor/stator mixers) for the process and manufacturing industries. The product portfolio includes laboratory mixers, in-tank batch mixers, in-line mixers, Ultramix sanitary mixers, Flashmix powder/liquid mixers, bottom entry mixers and homogenizer mixers for applications ranging from research to full-scale production. The machines are used for processes such as emulsifying, homogenizing, dispersing and hydrating powders, particle size reduction, and reclamation of production waste. Silverson manufactures entirely in-house with its own engineering and machining capabilities and offers custom designs, among others, in Hastelloy and titanium.
