About SIMAG Service
SIMAG Service GmbH was founded in 2004 as a manufacturer of custom sieving and separation systems and, in 2013, fully specialized in services in contract processing for the chemical industry. As a neutral service company and classic contract manufacturer, the company processes raw material batches of chemical and technical products through milling, sieving, drying, mixing, granulating and compacting. The service portfolio also includes the filtration and processing of liquids as well as filling, decanting, packaging, storage and dispatch. Particular focuses are the processing of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and an in-house developed milling process for foiled and unfoiled tablet scrap, whose granulate can be fed back into tablet production. Plastic waste such as edge strips, sprues, agglomerated material and rejected batches is also milled and processed. In cooperation with customers, SIMAG Service also develops and operates custom systems for complex and low-volume processing operations. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and maintains its own laboratory with analysis methods and control technology.
