About SIMTECH
SIMTECH Electronicservice Simanowski GmbH is a producer and developer of customer-specific electronic assemblies and devices. Its service portfolio covers the complete product creation process: from concept through hardware and software development, PCB layout and bill of materials, procurement of all components, to production, final inspection and documentation of prototypes as well as small and large series. Production facilities include ten fully automated SMD assembly lines (nominally up to 60,000 components per hour, package size down to 0201) as well as wave, selective and vapor phase soldering. Test depth ranges from automatic optical inspection (AOI), in-circuit test and flying probe test through X-ray inspection of BGA components to functional testing. The offering is complemented by device and control cabinet assembly, repair service, follow-up series and end-of-life service, and the manufacture of chokes, filters and transformers. Customer groups come from HVAC, medical and environmental technology, automotive engineering, traffic control technology, automation technology as well as printer, control and regulation technology. The headquarters with 4,000 m² of production and warehouse space is located in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen; the sister company SIMTECH Electronic (TAICANG), founded in 2009 in China, manufactures for the Asian market.
