Singer Sondermaschinen und Vorrichtungsbau GmbH, based in Hofheim in the Munich Oberland region, develops and manufactures special-purpose machines, jigs and fixtures and metal construction solutions for industrial series production processes. The portfolio includes assembly systems, printing systems, testing systems and feeding systems as well as manual welding, CNC welding, testing, assembly and clamping fixtures including leak-test fixtures. In metal construction, base frames, railings and stairs are manufactured using the TIG and MIG/MAG welding processes; surface treatments such as painting, powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing are offered via high-performance partners. In addition, the company offers plastic welding technology as well as design with CAD Solid Works and CAM Hypermill, including interfaces to common CAD systems such as Catia. Its customers come predominantly from the supplier industry, in particular from automotive, commercial vehicle manufacturing, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, process engineering, plant engineering and the public sector. With a team of 8 to 10 permanent employees, the GmbH responds flexibly and quickly to customer requirements.

Development over 4 generations, from a watchmaker's workshop via an agricultural machinery locksmith shop to metal and fixture engineering; the Singer family has traditionally been rooted in the craft trades in the Munich Oberland region.
