About Sino Quarz
Sino Quarz GmbH manufactures and supplies custom-made components made of high-purity quartz glass (SiO₂ content above 99.99%) and technical ceramics for industrial applications. Production is carried out according to technical drawing or specification – from individual quartz glass plates and sight glasses to complex special parts. The range of services includes CNC milling with tolerances down to ±0.05 mm, waterjet cutting, cutting of plates, tubes and rings, drilling, glassblowing as well as welding of quartz glass components into assemblies. In addition, the company handles the procurement of technical glass and technical ceramics such as aluminum oxide, boron nitride, silicon nitride, silicon carbide and graphite. Customers come from semiconductor technology, mechanical and plant engineering, laboratory and process technology, photovoltaics, vacuum technology, furnace and high-temperature technology, chemical process engineering, microwave and pyrolysis technology as well as research and development. Production starts at lot size 1: individual parts, spare parts, prototypes and small series.
