About Sinterleghe
Sinterleghe S.r.l. was founded in 1989 by Eugenio Tedeschi in Torino and designs, manufactures and distributes Tip Dressers (electrode cap dressers), electrode changers and carbide cutters under the Ravitex® brand for the conditioning of electrodes on welding guns in resistance spot welding (BIW). The company is organized as a Lean Enterprise with Industry 4.0 technologies; all know-how and the value stream from design through manufacturing to sales are centralized at the main site in Anzola d'Ossola. Manufacturing includes the sintering of carbide as well as in-house machining – around 80 % of the machining operations for dressers and changers are carried out in-house, and RX cutters are 100 % manufactured in-house. Annual capacity is 2.000 Tip Dressers & Changers and 18.000 carbide cutters. The products are patented worldwide and homologated by numerous automotive manufacturers including VW AG, BMW and FIAT; 90 % of revenue is accounted for by exports to the automotive industry. Sales are conducted on four continents via branches in Germany and Brazil as well as the Ravitex® Global Network Partner network.
