Sistem Teknik Industrial Furnaces Ltd. was founded in 1979 and has since been led by Orhan Obalı and Mehmet Özdeşlik. Based in Çayırova/Kocaeli (Turkey), the company develops and manufactures custom industrial furnaces and heat treatment plants on a turnkey basis. The portfolio includes melting, holding, homogenizing and heat treatment furnaces for aluminium and non-ferrous metals, scrap pre-treatment and dross processing plants, vacuum furnaces (AIO LPC) for steel and aerospace alloys, composite autoclaves, hardening furnaces, and fire test furnaces for fire resistance testing. A team of 315 engineers and technicians has commissioned more than 1,500 projects in 36 countries. Customers include Hydro (Luce), Lamifil, Çimtaş, Voestalpine HPM, Silvan Industry and Efectis Era Eurasia. In-house R&D work includes, among other things, fully automated dross skimmers, low-NOx regenerative burners with Clean Pulse System, heat recovery and IoT solutions. SARVION offers service, spare parts and furnace modernization for almost all brands.
