About us
SKS-Thermoplast GmbH & Co. KG is a plastics processing company based in Schwaigern-Massenbach in the Heilbronn region. The focus is on contract injection molding orders, processing both thermoplastics and rubber molded parts made from elastomers — also with insert parts made of, for example, metal. The offering includes small, medium and large series as well as highly expedited rush orders, which are handled with a company-owned van and short response times. In addition, the company offers assembly of complex assemblies using ultrasonic welding or hot staking, application of coatings and other substances, as well as quality inspection, sorting (including of foreign batches), labeling and packaging according to customer requirements. Tool design and construction are carried out through a network of injection molding companies and toolmakers; the company also supports customers with consulting, project planning and the development of production-optimized solutions. Around 10 employees work on modern production machines, including injection molding machines from Arburg.
