About SKT Kunststofftechnik

SKT Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a plastics processing company founded in Kreuzwertheim around 60 years ago, specialising in injection moulding technology. The company manufactures plastic parts in small, special and large series for customers from various industries. The computer-controlled machine fleet comprises just over a dozen injection moulding machines with clamping forces between 75 and 2300 tonnes (offered range 30 to 2300 t), most of which are equipped with removal devices. In addition to production, SKT offers tool development and toolmaking — partly in cooperation with long-standing partners — silk-screen and pad printing in an in-house printing department, and assembly services. Also part of the service portfolio is spare parts production with a tight response time window and sampling of customer tools. Since 2002, the site has been part of a larger corporate group with three plastics injection moulders and toolmakers, enabling very large and demanding orders to be handled as a group. The team includes toolmakers, process mechanics, designers and production staff.
