About us
SKT Saatzer Konfektionstechnik is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Ernsgaden near Ingolstadt that has specialised in custom cable assembly since 1998. The company manufactures custom cable sets and cable harnesses – from cable harnesses for safety radio remote controls, high-frequency coaxial cables and diagnostic cables for automotive applications to cables for medical technology, special cable construction for industry and network cables. Production is set up for everything from prototype construction (1 piece) through small to large-scale series production. On 450 m² of production space, a modern, continuously maintained machine park is available with systems from Komax and Schleuniger, including a fully automatic cable processing machine, stripper/crimper with integrated crimp force monitoring (CFA) as well as thermal transfer and inkjet printers for cable marking. Quality management is based on DIN ISO 9001; all assemblies undergo 100 % electrical testing including a high-voltage test. The company is UL-certified (File No. E 503967) and supplies customers from industries such as automotive, aviation, construction, medical technology, and communication and data technology, with a focus on southern Germany.
