SKT Schrupp GmbH is an owner-managed, medium-sized company based in Nisterberg in the Westerwald region. Having evolved from a valve factory of the 1930s, the company today manufactures components and systems made from thermoplastic materials such as PVC, PTFE and ECTFE for chemical plant engineering. Its service portfolio includes plastic injection moulding in a modern production cell, machining of thermoplastics by turning, milling and drilling, extrusion welding of thick-walled PTFE components, and apparatus and pipeline construction in accordance with DVS guidelines. The offering is complemented by tool and fixture making, the construction of exhaust air scrubbers, and the custom design of tailored components. Standard products include plastic valves such as shut-off and throttle valves, column internals, walkable gratings made from weldable plastic, and an extensive spare parts programme. Customers come from the chemical industry, manufacturing, metallurgy, environmental technology and shipbuilding. The company is certified to DIN ISO 9001 (TÜV Rheinland) and is qualified as a specialist company under the WHG (German Federal Water Resources Act).
