About SKY Polymers
SKY Polymers GmbH was founded in 2022 at customers' request as an independent project and service partner for the plastics processing industry. The company does not manufacture parts itself, but develops production-ready polymer formulations, selects polymers, additives and modifiers according to the product requirements, and verifies critical results in its own laboratory as well as through independent external laboratories. Via a network of more than 50 compounders in direct contact, custom compounding including tolling and consignment is coordinated end-to-end without operating its own equipment. In addition, SKY Polymers designs multi-source supply structures with qualified alternative routes and project-specifically chosen warehousing, and coaches sales and production teams on polymer fundamentals, material behavior and on-machine troubleshooting. The team brings more than 50 years of combined leadership experience in polymer chemistry, additives, quality and global logistics. The company is based in Dormagen with an office at Bahnstr. 150 and a warehouse at Sachtlebenstr. 1; deliveries are made worldwide.
