About SL-Laser
SL-Laser GmbH is a manufacturer of laser projection systems based in Traunreut (Upper Bavaria). Since 1988, the company has been developing and producing 3D laser projectors of the ProDirector series, the ProCollector laser measuring system, digitizing systems and positioning lasers including software, industrial PCs and accessories. The projectors project CAD data as green laser lines and contours directly onto workpieces or working surfaces and replace templates in assembly, drilling, cutting and composite work; the positioning accuracy is ±0.35 mm at a 4.5 m x 4.5 m projection area and 4 m distance. Housings are made of anodized aluminum (IP54/IP65). The portfolio is complemented by installation, training, remote maintenance, maintenance contracts and custom software for industries such as composites, aerospace, boat building, wood and concrete construction. Through subsidiaries in France and the USA as well as a worldwide network of sales partners, more than 10,000 systems are installed on all continents. Production takes place entirely at the Traunreut site.

3D Laser Projector ProDirector 7
Green laser (520–525 nm, 5 mW, Class 2M) for standard distances, dust-tight IP54 aluminum housing, projection field up to 80° horizontal / 70° vertical.
Laser Projector ProDirector 7 MR
For medium distances of 6–8 m, Class 3R, used e.g. in timber frame construction and nail-lam (Nailborder) applications, stationary or mobile on a rail system.
Laser Projector ProDirector 7 LR
For large distances from 7 to 10 m, Class 3R/3B, also available as a rail-trolley system e.g. in precast concrete production.
Laser Measuring System ProCollector
Laser distance measurement and point projection (635 nm, Class 2M) for 2D/3D measurements with a 360° x 360° field of view, distance deviation ±1 mm; data export as DXF.
Digitizing System ProCollector Arm
Scanning and digitizing of 3D contours without existing CAD data, direct projection of the converted data.
Circle Laser PL-C1 (red/green)
Projection of adjustable circles for component positioning, remote-controlled, IP54, anodized aluminum housing, 2.2 kg.

Quality & Standards
The laser projectors comply with the laser class according to IEC/EN 60825-1:2015-07 and are CE certified; the positioning lasers are tested according to EN 60825-1, IEC 60825-1, EN76-2, CE and 21CFR 1040 (IP54/IP65, shock load 4g). The devices are dust-tight and ruggedly designed for use in production halls.
