Smaiia is a family-owned group of enabler companies based in Germany that incubates and accelerates start-up companies. The team around Andreas and Markus Gebhardt has more than 30 years of experience in building a global, family-owned industrial group that was established as one of the market leaders in the automotive industry. After the sale of the automotive division, the group transformed into a partner for young companies.
