About Smart SCOPE
Smart SCOPE GmbH is an engineering company founded in 2016 and headquartered in Leverkusen, specializing in sulfuric acid technology and gas cleaning. The company accompanies projects from the first idea to the finished plant: process design, numerical process simulation, basic and detail engineering, equipment design, HAZOP analyses as well as feasibility studies and fit-gap analyses with BREF consulting. As a technology supplier, Smart SCOPE also takes on complete project execution as an EPC or EPCM partner including procurement, construction management, commissioning and performance testing. In equipment design, absorption towers, conversion converters, heat exchangers, sulfur burners, wet electrostatic precipitators, wet gas scrubbers, mist eliminators as well as storage and pressure vessels are designed; materials are carbon steel, stainless steel and GRP, some with refractory linings, cladding or rubber lining. Customers come from the chemical, metallurgical and gas cleaning industries, including TIB Chemicals and the DLR Institute of Future Fuels; projects are implemented worldwide.
