About Softprom

Softprom is a value-added IT distributor (VAD) founded in 1999, headquartered in Vienna (Austria). The company distributes IT solutions from more than 120 global manufacturers in 33 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, and serves more than 1,000 partners. The portfolio comprises over 1,200 IT solutions across five business areas: cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, security systems (including video surveillance) as well as CAD and graphics. In addition to license provisioning, Softprom offers pre-sales consulting, a demo lab, technical support beyond the pilot and implementation phases, deal registration and financial support such as credit lines for resellers. IT professionals are trained and certified at the company's own training center (Softprom Cloud Academy); over 30 certified cybersecurity engineers support the projects. The supply chain operates in accordance with the local legislation and export control of each country.
