About Solar-Hook

Solar-Hook develops and distributes fastening systems for balcony PV installations. According to its own statements, the company offers the first standardized, TÜV-tested mounting bracket for solid concrete parapets on multi-family buildings and high-rise buildings in Europe. The modular system comprises certified fastening brackets made of stainless steel to DIN EN 1090-2 (1.4301/1.4307, A2), mounting rails and clamps made of aluminum as well as plastic components; all required parts including screws and small parts are supplied as a complete kit in a single carton. Each kit is individually inspected, numbered and sealed and delivered with a zero-missing-parts checklist. The installation instructions are published exclusively in German technical language. The system was developed by Mark Schammel, a master electrician with 20 years of photovoltaic experience; distribution is handled via PV wholesalers, installation companies and housing associations from an EU warehouse or by container.
