About AEG Solar
The Solar Solutions Group, headquartered in Switzerland with the operational branch Solar Solutions GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, manufactures and supplies high-quality solar modules, inverters and storage solutions under the AEG brand name under license from Electrolux. The module portfolio includes half-cut modules in M6, M10 and G12 formats, N-type modules in TOPCon technology, back-contact (MWT) modules as well as shingled solar modules, some in a glass-glass configuration. Production takes place at Tier-1 partners on fully automated production lines with automation levels of up to 95 percent; process steps include cell soldering, lay-up and lamination, framing and junction-box mounting as well as cleaning and curing. Materials used are monocrystalline silicon (N-type TOPCon), glass, backsheet foil and aluminium. Each module undergoes electroluminescence testing, flash testing, safety tests as well as load and endurance tests and, after passing, receives the Quality Control Seal. The products are distributed via a distributor network in over 30 countries and are used in private households, commercial and utility solar projects.

Quality & Testing Procedures
Every production stage is subject to a detailed list of quality criteria, compliance with which is regularly verified by the Solar Solutions quality team; modules that pass receive the Quality Control Seal. In addition, load and endurance tests (thermal cycling, damp heat, UV, mechanical load) are carried out according to international standards.
