solar1.de is a free information and comparison platform for private photovoltaics and energy solutions – from plug-in solar for balconies and balcony power plants through to rooftop photovoltaic systems with battery storage. The platform conducts transparent tests of solar providers and offers calculators, including a balcony power plant yield calculator, an energy independence calculator and a storage calculator. Users can compare offers from various solar providers in five minutes without having to arrange an on-site appointment in advance. In addition, a free registration service with over 270 grid operators in Germany is offered, as well as consulting via video calls for installations. The editorial team consists of experts with at least five years of experience in the solar industry; use of the portal is non-binding and free of charge.
