Solida Biotech is a privately owned company based in Munich, specializing in the engineering, development and manufacturing of bioprocess equipment. The portfolio comprises compact, modular and parallel bioreactors and fermenters from 50 ml to 30 l working volume (autoclavable) and up to 100 l in stainless steel, SIP pilot and industrial systems from 20 l to 50 m³, single-use systems from 50 ml to 3,000 l, photobioreactors as well as CIP systems and process vessels. Manufacturing is carried out in stainless steel or with single-use bioprocess bags made of plastic. All systems are designed for fermentation, cell culture, stem cell research and renewable technologies such as algae, biomass and biofuels, and comply with the GLP, cGMP, GAMP, FDA and SFDA standards. In addition, the company offers automation and software solutions (control of up to 36 bioreactors in parallel), qualification support according to DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ as well as FAT/SAT, turnkey projects and worldwide service with spare parts supply. The company was founded by a management team with over 20 years of experience in fermentation, sterile process engineering and automation.
