About Solifos
Solifos AG is a Swiss provider of fiberoptic solutions. The portfolio includes fiber optic cables for telecommunications and security, microducts (microducts and microduct bundles), hybrid cable systems with fiber optic and power conductors, system components, and fiberoptic field cable systems. In addition, the company supplies fiberoptic monitoring systems, including Structural Health Monitoring for structural monitoring, Leakage Detection for piping systems and pipelines, Temperature Control, Humidity Monitoring, Geotechnical Monitoring and Perimeter Control. The offering is rounded out by repairs and training with Fiberoptic Fusion Splicing, installation aids, as well as tools and accessories. Customers include, among others, Grande Dixence SA (telecommunications and security monitoring in the power tunnel of the dam) and the Bundeswehr, whose network service crews are equipped with Solifos components. Since the end of 2022, Solifos AG has been 100 percent Swiss-owned.
