This is who we are
Sonntag GmbH & Co. KG in Lennestadt (South Westphalia) has been developing and manufacturing vehicle bodies and commercial vehicles since 1979 – from standard bodies to customised special solutions. The special vehicle construction division covers BOS vehicles and vehicles for the defence sector. Production is complemented by an in-house paint shop with several large-volume paint booths that perform full, partial and spot repair painting, special paints as well as industrial and special painting of vehicles and components, including corrosion protection, underbody protection and preservation. Other areas include bodywork, accident repair and a comprehensive commercial vehicle service for trucks, semi-trailers, trailers, vans and motorhomes including main and emissions inspections (HU/AU) with TÜV and DEKRA. Customers include BwFuhrparkService, Deußen Logistik, STRABAG/BMTI, Viega and Ford-Werke Köln. More than 160 employees work on a company site of around 60,000 m².

Founded by Werner Sonntag as an independent workshop for passenger and commercial vehicles with a paint shop in Langenei (Lennestadt)
