About Sonorrari
Sonorrari is developing the Sound Sensation Technology, a system that translates arbitrary sounds and music into corresponding physical vibrations. The vibrations run synchronously with the music and complement hearing with the sense of touch. The technology specifically targets sensitive nerve centres of the body such as palms, soles of the feet, abdomen, chest and back, which, according to the company, achieves a stronger effect than sound chairs that vibrate as a whole. Envisioned applications include music fans, meditation, sound healing, and deaf and hard-of-hearing people. The modular system design is intended to be more affordable than available sound chairs or mats. A patent application for the products has been filed with the European Patent Office (EPO) and is under examination. At its company headquarters in Berlin, Sonorrari offers free showroom experience sessions as well as consulting on sounds, breathing techniques and focus.
