Production takes place at the TIMBR.werk facility in Cuxhaven on a 5-axis Weinmann Beamteq B-660 timber framing machine (cross-sections up to 200 x 455 mm, lengths up to 16.5 m) and two multifunction bridges of the types Wallteq M-310 insuFill and M-380, including monitored blown-in wood fibre insulation in the stud cavities. Materials processed include timber, gypsum fibreboard, OSB panels, softwood fibreboard, wood fibre insulation boards, vapour retarder paper and blown-in wood fibre insulation. The range of services extends from design proposals through production planning and assembly plans to delivery to the construction site. The products serve the carpentry trade and the construction industry, among other things for single-family homes, rooftop extensions, commercial construction and serial refurbishment with timber elements. Production is subject to external quality monitoring in accordance with the RAL quality mark for raw timber element manufacturing.
