SPG Steiner GmbH is a family-owned technology company headquartered in Siegen, specialising in plant and equipment for the energy industry. The portfolio includes refrigerated and cryogenic storage tanks for liquefied gases, gas process modules for gas treatment, flare systems in cantilever, lattice mast and guyed support structures, as well as loading arms, piping systems and offshore structures for offshore wind and oil and gas platforms. As a technology-driven general contractor, the company delivers modular small- and mid-scale turnkey plants including engineering services. Production is carried out as welded construction in carbon steel, stainless steel and high-alloy steels, including high-pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Customers come from the petrochemical industry, refineries, natural gas/LNG, pipeline and gas storage sectors as well as the renewable energy industry; a current project is ammonia storage tanks for a green ammonia plant in Australia. In addition to its headquarters in Siegen, the company maintains offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg and internationally, as well as subsidiaries such as SPG Petroleum & Gas Engineering SRL and SPG Singapore.
