About SPS electronic
For more than 40 years, SPS electronic GmbH has been developing and producing test equipment for electrical safety and distributing it worldwide. The portfolio includes measuring and testing devices such as Hipot Safety Analysers, Hipot Testers, insulation testers, ground bond testers as well as the 6000 test device series. For windings and electric motors, the company offers surge testers and partial discharge measurement in accordance with IEC 61934. In addition, high-voltage components such as high-voltage relays, connectors, cables and test probes as well as custom test systems and individual workplace design are manufactured. The test devices and accessories are developed exclusively in-house. Services include training, maintenance and calibration including safety inspections in accordance with national and international standards, as well as repair service.

High-voltage testing of components and devices for electrical safety.
Insulation Test
Testing of insulation resistances up to 10 GΩ/kV, optionally with guard technology.
Ground Bond Test
Ground bond testing with test currents of 10 to 30 A.
Surge Test
Surge testing of windings with evaluation methods such as area comparison and tolerance band method.
Partial Discharge Measurement in accordance with IEC 61934
Partial discharge measurement 100–6,000 V incl. evaluation of PDIV, RPDIV, PDEV and RPDEV.
Resistance measurement (optional)
Resistance measurement from 20 mΩ to 200 kΩ, max. 1 A.
