About SSC Werkstofftechnik

SSC Werkstofftechnik GmbH is a steel trading company founded in 1985, based in Lüdenscheid, specializing in high-quality special materials. The portfolio comprises nickel-based alloys (including 2.4668/Alloy 718, 2.4973/Alloy 41), stainless steels as well as cold-work and hot-work tool steels, which are stocked as semi-finished products and further processed according to customer requirements. The company's own value chain ranges from cutting on band saws to CNC turning and milling through to heat treatment in its own hardening shop – up to delivery of ready-to-install parts. Typical fields of application are mechanical engineering, heavy-metal extrusion presses, valves and pumps, and the energy machinery market. Rotationally symmetrical parts are machined from bar stock or from forgings, including demanding materials such as nickel-based alloys. The company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
