SSI Technologies, LLC is a US-based manufacturer of custom sensor solutions established in 1982. The company develops and manufactures ultrasonic fluid level sensors, piezoresistive pressure sensors for measurement ranges from 3 PSI to 7,500 PSI, digital displays, as well as passive and active magnetic speed and position sensors (Variable Reluctance, Hall Effect, Magneto-Resistive). In addition, SSI supplies integrated DEF/Urea delivery modules including heater modules and tank systems for SCR exhaust aftertreatment with stainless steel lines and certified coolant loops. Customers come from automotive, motorcycle, mass transit, heavy duty, material handling, as well as HVAC and industrial sectors; more than 100 million units have been shipped to OEM customers. Typical magnetic sensor orders start at approximately 100,000 units; current lead times for pressure sensors are 6–8 weeks ARO.
