About SSP Safety System Products
SSP Safety System Products was founded in 2012 and develops, manufactures and installs machine safety technology under the motto 'We Simplify Safety'. The product portfolio includes flexible aluminium protective fencing and custom protective enclosures, contactless RFID safety sensors (SAFIX), magnetic process interlocks (HOLDX R), safety controllers with wireless safe communication (Safety Simplifier, EUROMAP 67/73/78, PROFIsafe), permission-to-operate buttons (ZEUS), safety light curtains as well as control elements. Protective enclosures are manufactured and installed from aluminium profiles, sheet steel, polycarbonate and laminated safety glass. The range is complemented by safety services such as risk assessment, run-on measurements, standards research, documentation and CE certification as well as seminars. In-house pendulum impact tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14120 at the Spaichingen site and ballistic tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 23125 demonstrate the tested quality of the guarding systems. Customers come from automation, robotics, assembly, injection molding, packaging, beverage filling and special machinery construction; products are distributed via an international distribution network.
