About St. Laurentius Craft Beer

St. Laurentius Craft Beer is a brewery in Bülach founded in 2015 that emerged from a successful crowdfunding campaign and has been operating as a public limited company since 2019. After a journey through the USA and first brews in a home cellar, the team specialised in creative craft beer recipes that incorporate new ingredients and international styles. Brewing takes place on a 1000-litre brewhouse; nearly 160'000 litres of beer are filled per year – using a counter-pressure filling system for bottles, cans and kegs. The range comprises around 14 different beer varieties, including DIPA, hop wheat beer, rice lager, Bavarian pilsner and barrel-aged imperial stout. In addition to the webshop with delivery throughout Switzerland, the company has operated a brewpub with a beer garden since June 2020, where guests can dine and drink with a direct view of the storage tanks. Collaborations with breweries such as Hoppy People and wills.beer complement the portfolio.
