About STA Separatoren
STA Separatoren-Technik & Anlagenbau GmbH is a family-owned mechanical engineering company based in Hilzingen near Singen. Since 1992 the company has been developing and manufacturing systems for separating solids and oils from industrial liquids. The product range includes centrifugal separators in semi-automatic, self-emptying and 3-phase versions, backwashable Clear Tube microfilters, coalescence separators (plate phase separators) as well as single- or multi-stage central systems for supplying entire production areas. The separators achieve rotor accelerations of up to 2,000 g and separate particles of 1-3 µm without filter aids. Applications include machining with coolants, glass grinding, ceramics and surface technology as well as the food-adjacent sector. Production takes place on more than 800 m² of production space with in-house value creation; the engineering is based on more than 3,000 implemented plant projects. The company employs 55 staff and is certified according to ISO 9001.
