STA-Simon GbR is a family business from Mannheim-Käfertal that has been converting conveyor belts and drive belts since 1995. The portfolio includes PVC and PU belts, abrasion-resistant rubber belts, temperature-resistant PTFE belts, modular plastic link belts as well as flat belts, timing belts, V-belts and round belts made to measure, sample or drawing. In addition, belt splicing (endless welded or mechanical), belt customizations such as cleats, lugs, corrugated edges and scrapers, roller rubber covering, and rollers and pulleys are offered. Production takes place in two separate production halls for plastic and rubber work on around 800 m², and the base materials come from European manufacturers. In addition to consulting with on-site measurement, the company handles installation, maintenance and servicing of conveyor systems as well as a 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year. Customers come from mechanical engineering and production plants, printing and paper processing, the textile and packaging industries as well as bulk material conveying, primarily in the Rhine-Neckar region.
