About us
Städter Rohstoff-Veredelungs GmbH (SRV GmbH) was founded in 1998 in Mölln to rework bulk materials as powder, granulate or chips. The company sees itself as a service provider for the plastics, rubber and paint processing industry and refines raw materials on behalf of customers. Its service portfolio includes mixing of batches between 1 kg and 600 kg, coating, pelletizing, compounding/adaptation, sieving as well as decanting and repacking, complemented by quality control and logistics. Production takes place in Mölln with a pilot plant and laboratory, where lab-scale trials and pilot-scale tests are carried out on medium-sized systems before technologies are transferred to production. In addition, SRV GmbH contributes to product optimization and places value on process control, monitoring and documentation as well as confidentiality towards its customers.

Quality
In the in-house laboratory, product properties are documented for each article using thermo-gravimetric analyses (DSC, TGA, moisture) in order to enable rapid root cause identification in the event of complaints. Process control, monitoring and documentation are an integral part of the quality philosophy.
