About Stahlmann GmbH
Stahlmann GmbH from Remscheid is a fourth-generation family business specializing in the construction of industrial furnaces for gas, oil and electric heating. The furnaces are mainly used in die forging shops and steel heat treatment facilities. In addition to forging furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, die preheating furnaces and preheating lances, the company manufactures burner blocks to drawing or sample, delivered pre-tempered up to 600 °C. The portfolio also includes in-house control cabinet construction with modern PLC units for temperature control and process management as well as material handling such as singling magazines and hot part conveyor belts. The repair and service division covers refractory lining, mechanics, electrics, burner maintenance, calibration of thermocouples and pyrometers, and furnace temperature uniformity surveys to DIN 17052-1. Since its founding in 1921, the company has also traded in refractory bricks, masses, ceramic fibers, burners, measuring and control devices, as well as semi-finished products and welded constructions made of heat-resistant steel 1.4841.
