Star SU Europe S.r.l. specializes in the manufacture of gear cutting tools and can look back on more than 70 years of experience in this field. The company belongs to the Star Cutter Group and, together with strategic partners, produces a comprehensive range of cutting tools for gear machining: gear hobs, power skiving tools, master gears, deburring and chamfering tools (Chamfer-Roll) as well as shapers and shaving cutters. A key focus is scudding technology, which enables the machining of internal and external gears without undercut or relief groove. The tools are distributed worldwide and are used, among other things, in the automotive industry, aerospace, wind power and marine sectors, as well as in pumps, compressors and general industrial applications. The company adopted an ethics code (Codice Etico), issue 1, on 10.03.2025.
