About Steinemann DPE

Steinemann DPE AG, headquartered in St. Gallen, develops and builds industrial, digital high-end print finishing machines for the graphic arts industry in sheet-fed and web-fed applications. The product portfolio includes the DM-Maxliner B1, B2 and B3 for digital spot and relief coating as well as flat metallization in sheet-fed printing, the stand-alone DM-Uniliner machine for labels, tubes and sleeves, and the OEM finishing module DM-Flexliner for narrow-web printing presses. The systems are based on UV DoD inkjet single-pass technology with 600 dpi resolution and combine the coating know-how of Steinemann DPE with the DIGITAL METAL® metallization expertise of KURZ. Substrates finished include paper, carton/board and non-deformable plastics. As a system provider, the company offers machines, consumables, software, service and spare parts from a single source. Customers come from packaging printing, label and narrow-web printing, web-to-print as well as commercial, book and B2B commercial printing. More than half of the employees work in research and development. Since 2019, the company has been part of the Leonhard Kurz Group (Fürth, Germany).
