Steliau Hi-Rel Solutions is the high-reliability (Hi-Rel) specialized unit of Steliau Technology, a pan-European distributor of electronic and electromechanical components with French origins, founded in 1992. In 2025, Steliau Technology acquired the German MSA Components GmbH, a family business in its third generation with over 80 years of history, and created Hi-Rel Solutions from it. The company distributes standard and custom products as well as subsystems, and develops technical long-lifecycle solutions for critical sectors such as space, defense, avionics and medical technology. Its services include market expertise and product consulting, design-in support, prototyping with verification & validation, certified production and integration in European manufacturing facilities and cleanrooms, as well as delivery, documentation and lifecycle management. The group is active with more than 800 employees in over 20 European countries, serves more than 5,000 customers with a network of 400+ suppliers, and generates revenue of over 500 million euros. Quality teams in Asia regularly audit suppliers for product standards and ethical standards.
