The solutions offered include, among others, servers, networks, barcode scanners, time recording systems, and software for inventory management, payroll accounting, time recording and cashless payment. In the services area, the portfolio covers installation, training, remote maintenance/remote support, archiving services and wireless network planning. Each customer is assigned a dedicated service technician; via remote maintenance solutions, problems can be solved remotely within seconds. The company serves more than 500 customers from the industries of manufacturing, trades, authorities and schools within a radius of over 200 km around Friesenried. In addition to its headquarters in Friesenried, the GmbH maintains an office with a retail store in Marktoberdorf.
