About Steyr Motors
Steyr Motors AG, headquartered in Steyr (Austria), develops and manufactures ultra-compact high-performance diesel engines, hybrid drive systems and powerpack systems for applications where power density, reliability and weight are critical. The portfolio includes vehicle engines (95–200 kW), marine engines of the SE6 and SE4 series (88–215 kW), auxiliary power units for armoured vehicles and rail (20–180 kW) and mobile power generators (up to 32 kVA AC). The monoblock engines are multi-fuel capable (JP-8, Jet A1, EN590) and designed for extreme temperatures from -46 °C to +55 °C. The company offers custom engineering services from concept through prototyping and validation to series production, complemented by a global service network with more than 40 service centres, remanufacturing and lifecycle support. Customers come from defence, marine, government agencies, rail, industry and energy.
